Paul Michael Becker Biography


Paul Michael Becker is a skilled and knowledgeable human resources leader, a devoted father, and a proud military veteran.

Mr. Becker received his first start in the field of human resources in 1996 as a training manager while serving on active duty in the United States Navy. Since then, Mr. Becker has grown his HR knowledge and expertise and has evolved to become the HR Leader he is known as today. Paul Michael Becker continues to hone his skills in human resources management, leadership and strategy, employee relations, organizational and employee development, staffing management, and many others. Mr. Becker has a strong history within his local human resources community as he has served on the Board of Directors for the Inland Empire, Society for Human Resources Management (IE SHRM). Starting in 2006 until January 2010, Paul Michael Becker held leadership positions of Vice President, President, and Past President within the IE SHRM chapter.

Paul Michael Becker devoted nine years of his life to active duty service in the United States Navy. Due to Mr. Becker’s status as a military veteran, he believes strongly in supporting those who risk their life to protect his. Mr. Becker shows his thanks by being a proud supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). The Wounded Warrior Project helps those injured during military service by providing support for mental, physical, and economic demands. Mr. Becker provides a monthly financial donation to the Wounded Warrior Project and is currently looking into avenues for greater involvement through volunteer opportunities. Mr. Becker has competed in the Tough Mudder, a 12-mile hardcore obstacle course designed to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie. Tough Mudder has raised more than $5 million for the Wounded Warrior Project.
