Denise MaNguyen was born in South Vietnam and at a young age, she was forced to learn about the hardships and brutality living under the communist regime. Denise fled Vietnam and sought asylum with her nine brothers & sisters and parents in the United States where she learned to never take advantage of freedom. As a refugee, Denise believes in higher education will open doors and opportunities. She earned a BA degree in Business Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Denise now owns a successful real estate brokerages and development company.
Denise thanks God everyday and contributes her success to all the people who had supported her throughout her journey.
Denise founded two non-profit organizations, one that is near and dear to her heart is called Renal Warrior, a kidney disease and kidney donation awareness and the other non-profit called Asian Real Estate Association of America Greater East Bay, promoting sustainable homeownership.
Denise plans on using her platform to educate the public about kidney disease and kidney donation especially amongst the Asian Americans community.
