Miss Latina Global
Paola Maried Ramirez Lavacude was born in Yaracuy - Venezuela. During her childhood, she lived in the city of San Felipe belonging to the state of Yaracuy, where she finished her high school studies at 17 years of age. Ever since she was a little girl, she had always been interested in sports. In 2016 and 2017, she had the opportunity to be part of the women's soccer team for her state (in the U17 and U20 categories). Due to the extreme humanitarian crisis that has been affecting Venezuela for many years, Paola found herself with a difficult decision - to leave her country in search of a better quality of life and with hopes of a better future next to her family.
Once she settled in New Mexico, she was introduced to the world of modeling and runways. Two years ago, Paola was crowned Teen Universe US Venezuela 2018 which led her to compete in the National Teen Universe USA pageant in Arizona winning the 4th runner-up place. Paola recently received her Associates degree in Sociology at Central New Mexico Community College and she proud to say that she has been highly dedicated and academically successful since she was a little child.
For Paola, it is a pleasure to be part of the beauty pageants' world and to have the opportunity to develop her talents so that she can leave a positive influence.
Paola considers herself a quiet person, but at the same time she is restless and creative. She likes to learn, play sports, and read. She likes to learn new things and considers herself a dreamer. Her experiences over the years has reaffirmed the value of her culture and she has realized that leaving her comfort zone has made her stronger.
